Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the electronic components in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials to prevent shipping damage.

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
